Once upon a time I had the privilege to help lead a team to Cambodia in December 2012 through January 2013. We spent our Christmas and our New Years there, met some wonderful university students, broke bones, contracted viruses, bumped over so many miles of road we were sure we had short term memory loss from our shaken brains, and got to experience a wonderfully rich, inviting culture. In Cambodia I did my storytelling practicum for my bachelors degree, so all of my memories are colored by my love for stories and the narratives I found there in such a rich abundance.
